Bilal is the Director of the firm having set the firm up in 2018. He is involved in managing the overall operations and resources of the firm, working closely with the management to shape strategic development and map the direction of the firm.
Qualified as a solicitor in 2015. He studied law at the University of Bedfordshire and holds a Masters Degree in International Commercial Law. He passed the Legal Practice Course with a Distinction.
Bilal’s practice covers a wide range of personal injury and medical negligence work, specialising in cases, from those who have suffered relatively minor orthopaedic injuries to those with very serious life-changing injuries.
Bilal has an exceptional record for maximising compensation paid to his clients; not just immediate settlements, but robust allocations for long-term aftercare and proper financial planning for possible future complications.
Interests: Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and family, travelling and going to the gym.
Solicitor & Head of Immigration
Zafar qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and since qualification, he has practised exclusively in immigration and asylum law. He has previously been head of immigration for two large immigration practices.
He has a broad practice covering all aspects of immigration, he’s particular expertise is finding solutions for individuals and business with complex immigration problems including judicial review applications.
Zafar’s current interests include family and partners, EEA nationals, human rights, asylum, citizenship and deportation. Whilst primarily advising individuals he also advises investors, entrepreneurs and employers.
He is very experienced in litigating at all levels of the Tribunal and Court system.

Senior Consultant Solicitor, IAAS Advances Level 3
Alice’s focus and passion is immigration and asylum law. She has been working in this area since 2002 and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor in 2005.
She has since 2010 been accredited by the Law Society as an Immigration Law Advanced Caseworker, one of a very few immigration practitioners in England and Wales to hold this level of qualification.
Alice handles a considerably varied caseload, delving in all aspects of immigration law from the seemingly straightforward to resolving the most intricate of cases such as obtaining injunctions as well as cases relating to victims of torture, trafficking and domestic violence.
She has well over a decade experience appearing in Advocacy before the Tribunal. Alice also regularly prepares grounds for permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal. Her experience extends to handling judicial review, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and ECHR cases.

Senior Employment Consultant Solicitor
Leah is an advocate of Employee Rights and is keen to achieve the best results for her clients, whether Employee or Employer. Leah qualified in 2013 and has experience in a broad range of disciplines but a passion for Employment Law.
Leah has experience in dealing with both Employers and Employees and understands the headache that can be caused when problems arise in the workplace and is always happy to help her clients, every step of the way, to relieve some of that burden whilst bringing the best resolution for the client.
Leah is author of ‘Babysteps: A Guide to Maternity Leave & Maternity Pay’. Leah also writes and presents training material for the legal profession on Mental Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace, Maternity, Paternity and Shared Parental Leave Rights, amongst other topics.
Interests: Leah is a Disney addict and when not working, is always looking for a new challenge (whether that be an abseil or skydive!). Leah enjoys travelling and has made it her aim to visit all of the Disney resorts worldwide and the Seven Wonders of the World (and is just over half way there).
Solicitor & Family Law Consultant
Idara is a newly qualified Solicitor with over 10 years’ experience in the legal field. Prior to qualifying as a Solicitor, Idara worked as a Caseworker with a varied caseload including family law cases.
She has a varied caseload covering Private Family matters including Divorce, Child Arrangement Orders, Specific Issues Order, Financial Relief, Special Guardianship, Non-Molestation and Occupation Order.
Idara prides herself in providing solutions to clients who find themselves in difficult family situations with the aim of helping to reduce the mental strain they are feeling. She listens to the issues in the case and then advises on the best way forward.
Idara is a member of Resolution.

Leah Jewhurst is a Legal Receptionist at Greystone Solicitors, whose role is to assist Solicitors with legal matters and to manage reception.
Leah graduated from University of Bedfordshire in 2015 with a First Class BA Honours Degree in English Studies.
Interests: Leah is a creative writer and writes her own poetry and prose and has a passion for both classic and contemporary fiction.
